Ages 4-9 - Saturdays 8 am - noon Ages 4&5 COED - Ages 6-15 Girls & Boys league <Ages 10 & Up Sunday afternoons <High School League: Sunday afternoons -------------------------------------------------- +All ages are from September 1, 2023. +Games at either Blue Ridge, Hickory, or York >Practice days/time: decided by team parents - usually 1 practice per week Parent & Coach Guidelines
